We advise individual and institutional investors (both domestic and foreign) on  real estate trading. We actively participate in procedures for acquisition and disposal of real estate. We take part in negotiations, draft contracts, cooperate with notaries drawing up such contracts and support our Clients on every stage of the transaction.

We also update and regulate the legal status entered into Land and Mortgage Register, establish securities on the real estate (in particular – mortgages, easements), change  the scope of exercise of limited property rights.
