Emilia Wąsowska

Administrative law specialist. Since the beginning of her professional work (1998), affiliated with Ewa Guzowska’s law firm, since 2001 – with KGK Law Firm.

In the Law Firm she specialises in company law, debt recovery, administrative proceedings with the participation of foreigners (real estate acquisition, legalization of residence and employment of foreigners in Poland).

Graduated from:

• Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, Faculty of Law and Administration – course: administration.

Experience:
Practical experience in company law (drafting articles of association and amendments thereto, shares purchase agreements, protocols of the shareholders’ meetings, preparing documentation for the National Court Register). She offers services in Polish and English and develops her competencies in French.
