Personal Data Protection

Due to significant changes in personal data protection law, we regularly monitor decisions of Inspector General for Personal Data Protection (GIODO) in this area and we advise our Clients on how to protect and secure personal data. We propose contractual provisions compliant with Polish Personal Data Protection Act and point to safe and efficient solutions in respect of collecting and processing personal data.

We also represent our clients in dealing with the GIODO, report and register records of personal data, assist clients in drafting a response to the letters from GIODO regarding personal data protection and pending investigations of their violation. We also inspect the files of the cases conducted by the GIODO and support our clients in proceedings before that body.

We also provide regular updates about any changes in the legislation, both at the national and international levels, relating to personal data protection and the current requirements in this regard.
