• general shareholders’ meetings in stock exchange listed companies, drafting management board and supervisory board regulations
• disclosure requirements of stock exchange listed companies (ESPI); preparing long-term incentive plans for managers

We also advise on the amendments to the text of the articles of association, prepare drafts of contracts and contract amendments, implement the amendment procedure, prepare documents and forms to the National Court Register and file necessary motions in this respect with the court.
