We provide legal services to our Clients in labour law issues. We draft or help with drafting employee rules and regulations and remuneration rules. Based on the information from employers, we draw up employment contracts, annexes to such contracts and documents leading to the termination of the employment relationship (notice of termination of the agreement, declaration of termination of the agreement without notice).
We also advise on non-competition agreements during the employment period and after its termination. We support our Clients in contacting trade unions that act in their work establishments.
